Using colored enamel sintered sand (calcined sand) as the core raw material, Huangshu Stone leads similar products in stone simulation, color retention, and durability.

Exceptional Stone Realism
Huangshu Stone uses calcined sand with purer color, harder texture, and lighter weight as raw material. Compared to natural colored sand, it offers better color stability and mass production quality control advantages, making it difficult to replicate with late-stage color paste adjustment. Compared to ordinary faux stone coatings, Huangshu Stone achieves a more natural, blended, and realistic stone texture restoration effect. When paired with Dongshun Mold-Resistant Texture Base Coat (2-in-1), it further enhances texture layers to restore natural stone decoration effects, comprehensively surpassing traditional stone veneers in terms of controllable coating stability and maintenance costs.

Huangshu Stone is refined from calcined sand combined with high-quality emulsions, additives, and auxiliary materials to ensure product quality and further improve performance indicators, fully capable of withstanding daily use environments. Excellent Protection
After proper application, Huangshu Stone maintains its finish for an extended period. It has excellent exterior wall functions such as salt spray resistance, water and acid-alkali resistance, thermal cycle resistance, strong dirt resistance, high adhesion, and coating hardness. It also features good temperature variation resistance, lotus-leaf self-cleaning, and dirt resistance. When the film is intact, rust marks on the wall can be easily removed without damaging the paint.

2. Huangshu Stone Anti-Alkali Sealing Primer
Formulated with acrylic copolymer emulsion as the main component, this dedicated primer is designed for multi-layer coatings. It addresses common substrate issues such as looseness and hollowing in concrete or cement bases, improves putty hardness, and is suitable for uncoated brick walls, cement-lime walls, asbestos boards, and putty surfaces.

The Huangshu Stone Intermediate Coat is a layer applied between the primer and topcoat. Its primary functions are to enhance the fullness of the main coat, reduce topcoat usage, and provide good coverage and adhesion.

4. Huangshu Stone Protective Topcoat
The Huangshu Stone Protective Topcoat, with high-molecular polymer as the main component, is a specialized topcoat designed for multi-layer coatings. Suitable for outdoor texture coatings, it not only enhances the self-cleaning ability and fullness of texture coatings but also significantly improves dust resistance, water resistance, UV resistance, and weatherability. It maintains the natural color through wind and rain, greatly extending the service life of the topcoat.

Long-lasting film that does not peel, prevents film chalking, and has good adhesion to solid surfaces.

Application Instructions:
Substrate: Solid, free of dust and oil, moisture content <10%, pH <10.
Use: Ready to use, do not add water.
Application Methods: Brush, roller, or spray. For high-pressure airless spraying, a 0.2mm nozzle is recommended.
Coverage: Theoretical value 8–10m²/kg; actual consumption varies by construction method and surface roughness.
Drying Time: Under standard conditions (room temperature 23°C±2, relative humidity 50%±5); touch dry in 30 minutes; recoat after 4 hours; varies with environmental temperature and humidity.
Construction Requirements: Ambient temperature above 5°C, humidity below 85%. Clean all tools with water immediately after use.
