Application Guide
1. Substrate Preparation
Ensure interior cement walls/ceilings are solid, smooth, dry, clean, and dust-free.
Moisture content <10%, pH value <10. Repair cracks or uneven surfaces before painting.
2. Mixing & Dilution
Stir thoroughly after opening. For optimal application, dilute with up to 5% clean water (by volume) for roller/brush application – adjust to achieve smooth, streak-free consistency.
3. Application Conditions
Do not apply in damp or cold weather (temperature <5°C**, **relative humidity >85%) – may cause poor adhesion or finish defects.
Use in well-ventilated areas. If working in enclosed spaces, install ventilation and wear protective gear.
4. Tools
Brush, roller, or conventional air spray gun.
5. Film Thickness & Recoating
Dry film thickness: 30 microns per coat.
Recoat interval: 4 hours (drying time may vary with temperature/humidity).
6. Coverage
4–5 m²/kg (based on 30-micron dry film). Actual usage depends on surface roughness and dilution ratio.
7. Tool Cleaning
Clean brushes/rollers/spray equipment immediately with water after use or during breaks to prevent drying.
Post-Painting Care
Due to the film’s flexibility, use a knife or sharp tool to carefully remove masking tape from doors, windows, and trim edges after painting.
Storage
Store at 5–35°C in a cool, dry, clean place. Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent contamination.
Shelf life: Over 12 months when unopened and properly stored.
