The PMT-1000 is a portable nondestructive indentation tester designed for over-service pressure vessel inspection. It performs in-situ mechanical evaluation of welds, HAZ, and base metal without sampling, delivering yield and tensile parameters for remaining life assessment. Its micron-scale indentations do not affect the safety margin, and no post-test welding or heat treatment is required.
