Application Guide
(Read paint instructions carefully before application)
1. Substrate Preparation
Ensure exterior walls are solid, smooth, clean, and dust-free.
Wall moisture content <10%, pH value <10. Repair cracks or uneven surfaces prior to painting.
2. Mixing & Dilution
Stir thoroughly after opening. Dilute with clean water (maximum 15% by volume).
Do not mix diluted paint with original paint for storage.
3. Tools
Brush or roller application recommended for optimal coverage.
4. Film Thickness & Recoating
Dry film thickness: 30 microns per coat.
Recoat interval: 4 hours (drying time varies with temperature/humidity).
5. Coverage
Theoretical coverage: 5–6 m²/kg (for two coats). Actual usage may vary by surface texture.
6. Application Conditions
Apply at temperatures above 5°C and relative humidity below 85% for proper curing.
7. Tool Cleaning
Clean brushes/rollers immediately with water after use to prevent drying.
Storage
Store at 5–35°C in a cool, dry, clean place. Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent contamination.
Shelf life: Over 12 months when unopened and properly stored.
