Application :

1. Low-Power, Long-Cycle Everyday Devices

• Scenario Characteristics: Devices consume extremely low power and need to operate continuously for long periods, with battery replacement being inconvenient or required only infrequently.

• Typical Devices: Remote controls, wall clocks/alarm clocks, weighing scales, smoke detectors, doorbells.• Preferred Battery: Alkaline batteries. Due to their low self-discharge and good cost performance, they are the go-to choice for such applications.

2. High-Performance, High-Demand Digital and Outdoor Devices• Scenario Characteristics
Devices require high-capacity and stable voltage to ensure performance, or need to operate in low-temperature environments.

• Typical Devices: Digital cameras (driving motors and flashes), GPS devices, high-lumen flashlights, outdoor sensors, smart locks.

• Preferred Battery: Lithium iron disulfide (Li-FeS2) batteries. Their high capacity and excellent low-temperature performance perfectly suit these scenarios.

3. Miniature, Precision Electronic Devices

• Scenario Characteristics: Devices are small in size and demand extremely high energy density and voltage stability from the battery.

• Typical Devices: Watches, hearing aids, calculators, electronic calipers, car keys.

• Preferred Battery: Silver oxide batteries (for high precision and long life) and zinc-air batteries (for high capacity and small size).

4. Industrial and Special Applications (Critical Use)

• Scenario Characteristics: Batteries are required to have ultra-long life (over 10 years), extremely high reliability, wide operating temperature range, and very low self-discharge. They are often embedded within devices with an expectation of 'install and forget.'

• Typical Devices: o Smart Meters: Water meters, gas meters, heat meters. Batteries need to continuously power the data acquisition and wireless transmission modules throughout the meter's lifetime (10–15 years). o IoT Nodes: Various sensors distributed in the field for agriculture, environmental monitoring, etc. o Safety and Backup Systems: Backup power for fire alarm controllers, access control systems, or CMOS batteries on computer motherboards. o Military and Aerospace: Fuzes, underwater equipment, satellites, etc.

• Preferred Battery: Lithium thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl2) batteries. They are the absolute choice for these applications, with irreplaceable characteristics.

5. Emergency Backup Devices• Scenario Characteristics
Devices are idle for long periods but must operate 100% reliably immediately in emergencies.

• Typical Devices: Emergency flashlights, disaster emergency radios, safety lighting systems

.• Preferred Battery: Alkaline batteries or lithium thionyl chloride batteries (for high-end professional emergency equipment). Their low self-discharge characteristic ensures sufficient power when needed.
