RAP Recycled Asphalt Heating Mixing Plant

The recycled asphalt heating mixing plant uses recycling technology to mill the used asphalt mixture off the pavement. After screening, heating, storage, and measuring, it is added into the agitator of various types of asphalt mixing equipment according to different proportions. Then it is mixed with original asphalt evenly in the agitator, to obtain excellent asphalt mixture.

2. Multi-point temperature detection and an automatic air volume control system ensure the stability of transient temperature to avoid producing fumes.

3. The special drying drum could avoid asphalt aging and the wind tunnel phenomenon, improve heating efficiency, and reduce power consumption.

4. The excessive combustion chamber could prevent the bonding of recycling materials and the drum wall, to effectively avoid asphalt aging and burning loss.
