The 520A-PC is a three-axis PU gasket dispensing platform for large flat and gently contoured workpieces. A 2250 × 1250 × 200 mm effective stroke and a 4–30 mm seal-strip range cover electrical cabinet doors, waterproof boxes, lighting panels, filters and automotive covers. The 10.2-inch touch screen, PC or teach-pendant operation and Leadshine or STEP servo motor options keep gasket paths easy to program and repeat. The KW800 mixing head runs two- or three-component polyurethane at a 1–10:1 mixing ratio with KAIWEI or Barmag metering pumps and two 40 L material tanks.

5Materials and Structure
The machine is built on a 3-axis linear robot arm mounted over a square tube welded workbench, with KAIWEI or AIRTAC guide rails, Rsun racks and Senad reducers driving each axis. Frame material is available in carbon steel, stainless steel 304 or aluminum alloy. Material supply uses two air-pressure tanks of 40 L each, with agitation on tank A only, and the KW800 mixing head meters component A at 3 cc/r and component B at 0.6 cc/r at a 1–10:1 mixing ratio.

The 520A-PC dispenses polyurethane gaskets on electrical control panels, distribution boards, electrical enclosures, explosion-proof boxes and shells, home appliance parts, cable connectors, automotive fittings and covers, air filters, lock shells, purification room doors, refrigerator doors, transformer covers, waterproof cabinets and boxes, ABS junction boxes, LED luminaires, street and outdoor lighting, stadium lighting and brake lights. Typical sealing requirements are dust-proof and IP66 waterproof enclosure sealing in automatic gluing lines running at −20 to 40 °C.
