Series Classification & Rated Current The product line is divided into three series with graded current capacities, covering 100AF to 1200AF frame sizes: - LPB-1 (100AF / 150AF / 250AF): Main breaker ratings range from 15–100A, 40–150A and 150–250A respectively, with matching main lug models LPB-125, LPB-150 and LPB-250. Branch circuit rating is 15–100A. - LPB-2 (400AF / 600AF): Main breaker ratings are 250–400A and 500/600A, with main lug models LPB-400 and LPB-800D. Branch circuit rating is 15–250A. - LPB-3 (800AF / 1200AF): Main breaker ratings range from 400–800A and 800–1200A, with main lug models LPB-800D and LPB-1200. Branch circuit ratings cover 15–800A and 15–1200A. 2. Short Circuit Withstand Performance - At 240V fully rated condition: All series deliver a short circuit current rating of 50–100 kA rms. - At 480V condition: LPB-1 provides 25–65 kA rms, while LPB-2 and LPB-3 achieve 25–100 kA rms. 3. Busbar & Enclosure Design - Main busbar type: LPB-1 and LPB-2 adopt a rail-type busbar structure; LPB-3 is configured with bolt-on busbar to support higher current capacity. - Enclosure protection: Available in NEMA Type 1 (indoor), Type 2 (indoor) and Type 3R (indoor/outdoor) to adapt to different installation environments. 4.
