DB1102 is an elongated linear lens built for linear LED luminaires. The optical structure is designed to spread light along the full length of the strip, reducing local bright spots and dark areas so the fixture reads as one continuous line of light. Its slim profile matches the luminaire length, width and internal space, simplifying the layout of the LED source, PCB and housing.
A linear lens carries the light of many LEDs into one visual line. DB1102 is developed around that task: an elongated optical component that sits over the LED source and PCB, inside the luminaire housing, and shapes the output into an even band of illumination. Because the lens can be customized to the fixture length, width and internal space, lighting designers can keep a slim architecture without compromising the appearance of the light. The same component logic serves indoor linear lighting, display lighting, industrial lighting, architectural wall washing and machine vision lighting.

Dimensions, beam angle, material grade and optical efficiency are defined per project together with your luminaire drawing.
DB1102 is the base linear lens model. Options are driven by the luminaire rather than by fixed catalogue sizes: length, width and internal space are agreed from your fixture drawing, and the lens is matched to the LED source and PCB layout inside the housing. Where a multi-material or multi-color structure is required, two-color and three-color parts can be produced in a single molding run. Other model codes are not part of the current range; a project-specific geometry is defined from your luminaire specification.
The structure is an elongated optical body that spans the luminaire length and couples to the LED source and PCB beneath it. The section is kept slim so it can be recessed or clipped into narrow housings, and the profile is designed so optical components line up correctly during assembly. Lens geometry is produced with in-house mold design and manufacturing, with cavity precision adjustable within 5 microns and CNC positioning accuracy up to 10 nanometers. Optical material grade is not fixed in the current datasheet; it is confirmed with our engineering team against your luminaire requirements before tooling.
Customization is the core of this product. Share the luminaire length, width and internal space, the LED and PCB layout, and the housing drawing; we then align the lens geometry so the optical parts sit correctly inside the fixture. Mold design, precision injection mold manufacturing and optical design are handled in house, supported by a 50-person R&D team, 167 patents (17 invention, 150 utility model) and a 90,000 m² facility with an annual output of 90,000,000 pcs. Production is certified to ISO9001 and TS16949, with 30% of output exported to the EU, USA, Middle East, Japan and Korea.
What luminaires is the DB1102 linear lens designed for?
It is designed for linear LED luminaires that need a continuous, uniform strip of light, including indoor linear lighting, display lighting, industrial lighting, architectural wall washing and machine vision lighting.
Can the lens be matched to my fixture length and width?
Yes. The lens can be customized according to the luminaire length, width and internal space so it matches the LED source, PCB and housing.
How does the design reduce dark bands along a linear fixture?
The optical structure is designed to optimize light distribution and reduce local bright spots and dark areas, which supports more even illumination over the elongated lighting zone.
Which optical material is used?
The material grade is not fixed in the current datasheet. It is agreed with our engineering team during project review, based on your luminaire requirements and the agreed drawing.
What information do you need to quote a custom linear lens?
Luminaire length, width and internal space, the LED and PCB layout, the housing drawing, and the target light distribution or appearance you want along the strip.
Can you produce two-color or three-color lens structures?
Yes. Two-color and three-color products can be efficiently manufactured in a single production run, which streamlines production when a multi-material structure is specified.
Which quality systems support production?
The company holds ISO9001 and TS16949 certification, operates nanoscale CNC equipment and molds with cavity precision adjustable within 5 microns.
