Application Guidelines
1. Application Methods
Brush or spray application recommended (spray for smooth, uniform finish).
2. Dilution
Stir thoroughly before use. If viscosity is too high, dilute with clean water (max 10% by volume) – add water gradually while stirring to ensure uniformity.
3. Substrate Preparation
Remove dust, grease, loose rust, old paint, and contaminants from the surface. Sand rough areas for optimal adhesion.
4. Environmental Conditions
Apply at 5°C or higher and <70% relative humidity. Ensure good ventilation during application.
5. Recoating Time
Wait for the first coat to dry completely (at least 24 hours) before applying the second coat.
Important Notes
1. Mixing Prohibition
Do not mix with other coatings or organic solvents to avoid chemical reactions.
2. Tool Cleaning
Clean brushes/spray equipment immediately with water after use. Store remaining paint in a tightly sealed container. Filter through a 100-mesh screen to remove any skin formation (gel-like film) before use.
3. Hazard Statements
Eye Irritant – May cause eye discomfort.
Potential Skin Allergen – Could trigger allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
4. Safety Precautions
Avoid inhalation of dust, fumes, or mist. Wear protective gloves, goggles, and a respirator during use.
Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after handling. Do not discharge into the environment.
5. First Aid
Skin/Hair Contact: Remove contaminated clothing and wash with plenty of soap and water.
Eye Contact:Flush with water for at least 15 minutes; seek medical help immediately.
Irritation/Rash: Consult a physician promptly.
6. Storage Guidelines
Store in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight. Keep container sealed tightly.
Separate from strong acids, alkalis, oxidizers, food, and animal feed.
7. Disposal
Dispose of waste paint according to local and national regulations. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
