The elbow features a double-layer structure. The inner layer is made of wear-resistant cast steel, heat-treated and quenched to achieve high hardness (HRC 58-62). The outer layer is high-strength carbon steel for structural integrity. The integral casting or welded forming process ensures a seamless, durable product.
