JHDA PAE wet strength agent serves as a cost-effective alternative to premium imported wet strength resins from Solenis, Kemira and BASF, comprehensively upgrading a full range of dry and wet mechanical properties including tensile strength, ply bonding strength, tear resistance, bursting strength, folding endurance, ring crush strength and wet-dry strength retention for tissue paper, paper cup base paper, filter paper, medical disposable paper and recycled packaging paper. This formaldehyde-free cationic resin features low harmful substance residue to comply with strict EU food contact and environmental export regulations, achieves fast curing during papermaking and maintains stable efficacy under conventional wet-end production conditions. It works synergistically to boost fiber retention, ease white water pollution pressure and lower overall chemical input costs compared with international branded products while securing targeted wet strength performance. The product enjoys excellent compatibility with sizing agents, fluorescent whitening agents and defoamers without negatively affecting paper brightness or water resistance, lessening sticky contaminants accumulation on paper machine fabrics and dryer sections to extend fabric service life and improve pulp dewatering efficiency for lower drying energy consumption.
