Feature

The main unit of the WDF400-7D distributor type 7-DIE direct drive controllable slip copper large wire drawing machine is driven by a direct drive servo motor with a different number of poles for each drum. The drive motor shaft is the wire drawing drum shaft, eliminating the cumbersome design and installation in the middle. The whole machine has no gear reduction box. The brushed drum is treated with tungsten carbide spraying, which ensures good wear resistance and a long service life. The wire drawing part is cooled by immersion, which enables the wire drawing die and copper wire to receive the best cooling and lubrication, effectively extending the service life of the wire drawing die and the drum wheel. The machine adopts drop coiler for wire winding, featuring non-stop frame changing function and ensuring good production continuity. The machine adopts PLC coordinated control and variable frequency speed regulation control, featuring high control accuracy, fast tracking speed, and smooth operation. The machine speed ratio can be adjusted in real time and arbitrarily according to the material and on-site conditions to achieve the ideal wire drawing effect.
