| Hydroxyl Value (mgKOH/g) | 300±30 |
| Acid Value (mgKOH/g) | ≤3.0 |
| Moisture (%) | ≤0.15 |
| Viscosity (CPS, 25°C) | 3000±500 |
| Raw Materials | PA, PTA, AA, DEG, GLY, etc. |
XF-B-3 is one of three polyester polyol grades offered for controlled-release fertilizer coating:
This grade is available in standard packaging options such as IBC drums (1200 kg or 1000 kg) and galvanized iron drums (225 kg, 200 kg, or 170 kg).
XF-B-3 is produced from monomers including phthalic anhydride (PA), purified terephthalic acid (PTA), adipic acid (AA), diethylene glycol (DEG), and glycerol (GLY). The polycondensation process yields a branched polyester polyol with terminal hydroxyl groups, offering a balance of reactivity and mechanical properties for coating applications.
MOQ is flexible and can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Please contact us for your specific needs.
Yes, we offer customization services to modify the hydroxyl value and other properties to meet your application requirements.
XF-B-3 is available in IBC drums (1200kg or 1000kg) and galvanized iron drums (225kg, 200kg, 170kg). Custom packaging is also available.
XF-B-3 has a higher hydroxyl value (300±30) compared to XF-270 (260±10), which affects reactivity and final coating properties.
