Our ZAM alloy coated steel strip combines the superior corrosion resistance of Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium coating with the formability required for hardware and automotive components. Available in a full range of tempers (T1-T5, DR7-DR10) and thicknesses from 0.14mm to 0.55mm, this strip is precision slit to widths of 4.0mm to 1050mm without joints or burrs. The eco-friendly coating system provides excellent paint adhesion and anti-fingerprint options. Ideal for applications demanding long-term durability, such as automotive shields, cable wrapping, and outdoor hardware.

The ZAM coating consists of zinc, aluminum, and magnesium, offering outstanding corrosion resistance, including at cut edges. The strip can be supplied with a clear or colored organic coating on one or both sides to enhance corrosion protection and aesthetics.
