The DEO DWBE-SW is a customized anti-corrosion version of the fin-type shell-and-tube oil/water cooler, specifically designed for seawater and heavily polluted water. Built with 304 stainless steel fins and tubes, and optional stainless steel shell, it resists corrosion in harsh marine environments. The expand tube process maintains high heat transfer efficiency while ensuring long-term durability.

Shell: carbon steel (anti-rust painted) or stainless steel on request. Mounting bracket & baffles: steel. End plates: steel. Cooling fins: 304 stainless steel. Tubes: 304 stainless steel. End caps: cast iron. Gaskets: nitrile rubber. Expand tube process ensures tight bonding.
Full stainless steel construction (shell, fins, tubes) available. Special connection types (SAE flanges), pressure ratings, and port sizes can be customized.
