The DFLSL-10 self-circulating oil cooler from DEO Machinery is an independent closed-loop cooling unit designed for hydraulic and lubrication oil systems. It integrates a cooling radiator, circulating oil pump, cooling fan, and filter, ensuring stable oil temperature and extended equipment life. This DFLSL-10 cooler is available with two pump/motor configurations: low flow (100-125 L/min, 5.5KW) or high flow (150-200 L/min, 7.5KW). Customizable options include radiator material (copper or stainless steel), temperature bypass valve, pressure bypass valve, and alarm switches.
The cooler features a copper or stainless steel radiator core, aluminum fins, and a robust steel frame. The circulating pump is housed in a cast iron body with helical gears. The axial fan is driven by a 380V/220V motor. Sealing materials are NBR or FKM compatible with hydraulic oils.
This self-circulating cooler is suitable for hydraulic systems, lubricating systems, extruding machinery, forging and stamping equipment, shearing machines, gearboxes, large bearings, nuclear power plants, large-scale reduction boxes, and smelting equipment. It has been deployed in industries like construction machinery, wind energy, and marine equipment.
